Humanitarian aid Ukraine

The worst fears came true: war in Europe. The Austrian organization Hilfswerk International is on site and provides emergency aid for refugees in Ukraine.

War broke out in Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Ukraine is no longer safe due to the military attacks. Hundreds of thousands of people are fleeing. Women and children are particularly vulnerable when fleeing and need help quickly. Hilfswerk International provides emergency aid directly in the Ukraine.

The objective is immediate humanitarian aid and care for the civilian population in  Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, including the distribution of emergency supplies and temporary shelter for internally IDPs and psychosocial support for displaced women and children.
